Hantle has the reputation of having the best warranty services in the industry -- bar none!
All our products come with a standard one-year parts warranty. If a problem occurs during the
warranty period, the defective part will be replaced.
If your ATM is in error, contact your distributor or reseller to assist you. A service technician
may be required to assist you with troubleshooting. If it is determined that a part is required to
correct the problem, the distributor must contact Hantle to request a replacement part.
ATMs covered by our original one (1) year warranty will receive an advance replacement part.
